Ever since I was diagnosed with leaky gut and an autoimmune disorder, I have been researching about gut health, testing anti inflammatory recipes and discovering many things that help reduce inflammation. I went through that initial clueless phase many of you might be facing of not knowing what to eat, where to find clean beauty or which restaurants have gut friendly menus. This is why I want to help anyone seeking to make that change with my Gut Survival Kit.

Given that 70% of your immune system lives in your gut and that your feel good hormones also originate here, having a balanced one is the gateway to health. I am living proof that it works. I managed to recover from leaky gut in only six months, strengthening my immune system and regaining my energy and mood. Feeling bloated, getting sick, or having recurrent colds are now a thing of the past.

Think of this post as a hub or index that will help you navigate through all the content to live your gut healthy life to the max.
