Healthy Homemade Fruit Ice Lollies (Just 2 Ingredients!)

One of my happy childhood memories were the famous colourful ice lollies in summer. This is my healthier version so you can keep enjoying them, and getting creative with the flavours.

To get that classic flash-pop look, I use these BPA-free ice cream sleevesβ€”they make filling and zipping completely mess-free!

One of my happy childhood memories were the famous colourful ice lollies in summer. This is my healthier version so you can keep enjoying them, plus get creative with the flavours. Deliciously refreshing and easy to make these ice lollies are a great way of snacking fruit whilst staying refreshed, plus having fun while making them. For extra power, add some superfoods such as blue spirulina, carbon or aΓ§ai.


Ingredients

Tropical (Yields 14)

250g papaya (frozen)

250g pineapple (frozen)

130g mango (frozen)

600g water


Blue Dragon (Yields 13)

900g melon (frozen)

750g water

1tsp blue spirulina (Link)


Dracula (Yields 8)

250g kiwi (fresh)

350g pineapple (fresh)

250g water

2tsp activated charcoal (Link)


Watermelon (Yields 6)

600g watermelon

200g water

Instructions

  1. Prep the moulds: Place several plastic sleeves in a tall mixing jar and grab your funnel.
  2. Mix: add all chosen ingredients into a high-power electric mixer and blend on high speed until completely smooth.
  3. Fill & lock: Place the funnel on the sleeve, add your mix, and zip it up. Repeat until the batch is finished.
  4. Freeze: Place in the freezer compartment until fully solid.

Chef’s Notes

Texture: Using frozen fruit provides a creamier texture. Simply dice the fresh fruit and place in the fridge the day before use.

Freezing time: Minimum 6h.

Storage: Store in the fridge's freezer compartment for up to 3 months.

Allergens: Free from all 8 most common allergens.
