Mercado biologico Alfazema -  My favourite organic supermarket in town offering a great selection of healthy ingredients and an amazing range of Ecover household products.

Celeiro - Eco supermarket with several stores around town and a wide range of products, as well as organic fruit and vegetables. Prices range on the higher end.

Food Mercearia Biologica - Small neighbourhood shop in Sao Bento with a great selection of products and some healthy homemade sweets treats and cakes.

Mercearia da Mila - This petite food store tucked away in a quiet street of Lapa has amazing nut butters from Cascarilla. It also stocks freshly made snacks such as hummus, as well as organic fruit and vegetables.
