Morning Açai Superfood Bowl

INGREDIENTS

Açai bowl

25g fresh blueberries

25g frozen raspberries

30g plant based milk

1 Tbsp açai powder

½ Tbsp maca powder (optional)

4 Tbsp gluten free oats

1 Tbsp chia seeds

Toppings

1 tsp bee pollen

2 tsp coconut chips

1 tsp goji berries

1 tsp pumpkin seeds

1 Tbsp almond butter

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Blend the berries, milk, açai and maca powder in a blender on high speed until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, then stir in the oats and chia seeds and sit in the fridge for five minutes.

2. Decorate with your favorite toppings and enjoy right away.

Hydrating seeds: contributes to an easier digestion.

Ingredients: raspberries can be replaced with frozen banana for a sweeter, creamier option.
